Warmies Directions: For soothing warmth and comfort, remove all tags ensure that the item is clean and dry before use. Use the attached heating guide to determine the correct heating time. Ensure that the microwave is clean and turntable can rotate freely. When first heated, you may notice a little moisture on the surface of the item, this is quite normal and will stop after a few uses. 

Microwave Directions: 600 - 800 Watt, microwave for 90 Seconds. 850 - 1000 Watt, microwave for 60 Seconds.
